  fills the caller's buffer exactly (DownloadBuffer/DownloadFile). Adds
  regression tests for the exact-buffer-fill boundary.
- retry_reader.go: use errors.Is / errors.As for io.EOF, io.ErrUnexpectedEOF
  and net.Error so a net.Error wrapped by the decoder via fmt.Errorf("%w") is
  still recognized as retryable; unexport ReadOnClosedBodyMessage.
- Remove the now-dead internal precomputed/compute CRC64 transfer-validation
  options (their public exports were already removed) so there is no API path
  that silently drops the checksum, and simplify the upload UnsupportedChecksum
  guards accordingly.

This fixes the long-standing issue where error types the retry reader
didn't recognize (e.g. wrapped errors from the structured message
decoder, OS-specific network errors) would not be retried despite being
transient. The previous approach of targeting specific error types for
retry is unreliable — there are too many error types and behavior
differs across operating systems.

Also fixes azdatalake's retry reader which was still using direct type
assertion (err.(net.Error)) instead of errors.As, and err == io.EOF
instead of errors.Is.

Fixes #27327

* Stop retrying after context cancellation

A canceled context is terminal — retrying would just fail again on the
next getter call. Check s.ctx.Err() alongside NonRetriable to match
azcore's retry policy behavior.

* Fix azfile: ComputeCRC64 must not be allowed for multi-chunk uploads

Azure Files doesn't support per-range CRC64 headers, so SetCRC64 is a
no-op. Allowing ComputeCRC64 for multi-chunk uploads would silently
skip validation. Keep the existing behavior where only structured
message CRC64 is allowed.

* Add comment explaining azfile asymmetry and unit test for SupportsMultiBlock

Document why azfile's transferValidationTypeFn returns false for
supportsMultiBlock (SetCRC64 is a no-op) to prevent future
maintainers from "fixing" the perceived inconsistency.

Add a table test asserting SupportsMultiBlock for each concrete type
so the decision is guarded by CI.

* Point vcpkg asset cache at the Terrapin mirror (#27382)

Route vcpkg asset (source tarball) downloads through the Microsoft-hosted
Terrapin mirror instead of the azuresdkartifacts storage account, so vcpkg
builds fetch upstream sources from an approved mirror under network isolation.

set-vcpkg-cache-vars.yml now sets X_VCPKG_ASSET_SOURCES to the Terrapin mirror
with x-block-origin, which fails the build if a source is missing from the
mirror rather than silently falling back to the public internet. The value is
no longer a secret because it carries no SAS token, so it can be set directly
instead of being plumbed through X_VCPKG_ASSET_SOURCES_SECRET.

Set-VcpkgWriteModeCache.ps1 no longer sets a write-mode asset source. That line
overrode the read-only Terrapin mirror in internal builds and would have sent
asset downloads back to the storage account. The binary cache is unchanged and
remains read/write there.

The tools-local copy at eng/scripts/Set-VcpkgWriteModeCache.ps1 is not synced
to language repos and is left alone.

* [azwebpubsub] Fix GenerateClientAccessURL on the TokenCredential path (#27422)

`GenerateClientAccessURL` had three defects that made it unusable for clients
created with `NewClient` (Entra ID):

- It panicked with a nil-pointer dereference when `options` was nil, because
  `options.UserID` was read without a nil check. The key-based path handled nil
  options correctly.
- It always forwarded `ExpirationTimeInMinutes` to the service, so the default
  zero value was sent as `minutesToExpire=0`. The service rejects that with
  `400 Error.BadRequest: MinutesToExpire must be greater than 0`. It now falls
  back to the same 60 minute default the key-based path uses.
- It appended `client/hubs/<hub>` directly to the endpoint without normalizing a
  trailing slash, producing a malformed audience and client URL such as
  `wss://<host>client/hubs/<hub>`. `ParseConnectionString` adds the trailing
  slash, but an endpoint passed to `NewClient` may not have one. The other Azure
  SDK languages normalize this inside the token method, and this change does the
  same.

A negative `ExpirationTimeInMinutes` is now also rejected on both credential
types rather than only the key-based one.

Note that the audience scheme is intentionally left as `http(s)`. The service
normalizes the scheme and validates the host and path, and every other Azure SDK
language builds the audience the same way.
